Chef Chris has been passionate about food and cooking food all of this life. About 15 years ago, Chef Chris decided to go to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California, for what would now be considered a boot camp, an intense cooking course where he learned basic cooking techniques.
He later volunteered at the CIA during their annual World of Flavors Event where he worked alongside great chefs from around the world and learned so much about production, quality of food and the finished product.
Chef Chris decided to try his hand at catering and began CK Catering in 2002. He caters and provides Personal Chef services for homes and families and caters company Christmas events, Grand Openings and other get-togethers, Birthdays, Major Holidays, Anniversaries, Weddings and Wedding Rehearsal Dinners.
Chef Chris does his best to provide healthy locally grown, fresh organic foods whenever possible.
Chef Chris’ greatest joy is learning about food and serving people whether it is a catering job, personal chef or for family and friends
